Preparation of FAN
Wrap it twice in
this range.
Reference for sticking
Stick it around the outlet.
Sticking pressure:
More than 0.98N/cm2
Do not let it go out of this line.
Wrap it twice on three sides.
Start sticking from here.
Adjusting the length of the lead by tape
Adjust the length of the lead by tape as shown in the following.
Sticking the tapes of leads of PANEL FAN R/G/B
PANEL FAN R
PANEL FAN G
PANEL FAN B
Hook
When sticking the tape, make sure that the FAN lead is hooked
at the hook so that it will not fall off from the hook.
Stick the tape so that it will not
have wrinkles or air in it.
Stick the tape straightly according to the yellow
Left edge of the FAN
line in the picture so that it will not be bent.
Stick red, black, and white tape from the left in order without any gaps as
shown in the picture.
Adjust the black lead on the left edge to the left edge of the FAN.

Bad
Fan lead is falling off from the hook, not hooked.
Stick the tape so that the top of impeller space
(the highest level (red dot)) will be at the center of the
tape (vertical yellow line).
ZTP01/ZTP02/ZTP06
Make sure that the center of the tape does not touch
the cable or not hit the protruding of the FAN due to
the inclination of the tape to left or right.
(It reduces the adhesion.)
Do not overlap the stuck tape and the air intake.

Bad
Replacing the intake panel duct assembly
1. Remove the top case.
2. Remove the engine.
3. Remove the power supply assembly.
4. Remove five screws.
5. To remove the panel assembly, release
the four tabs.
6. Unroute the harnesses from the duct.
7. Release the eight tabs locking the two
duct halves together.
Center of the tape
8. Remove the affected fan.
9. Remove the affected temp sensor.
Wrinkles/air
Gaps
Falling off from the left edge of the FAN.
