Use a specified jig.
Use a specified jig to assemble the BOTTOM CASE.
It prevents the projector from being bent or being
damaged to its appearance when you assemble it.

Tighten screws in order from 1 to 3.
(CNGD3)
Screw it down together with
CNGD1 on HEAT PIPE side.
Replacing the Main PCB
1. Remove the top case.
2. Disconnect the 20 harness connections.
3. Remove the three screws.
4. Remove the Main PCB assembly.
5. Remove the I/O cover.
6. Remove four screws.
7. Remove six hex screws.
8. Remove three screws.
9. Remove the main PCB.
10. Remove and replace the Main PCB.
11. To reinstall the Main PCB, repeat the
above steps in reverse order.

If BRIDGE MTL is
deformed, correct
it by hand and
tighten the screw.
