■ ENGINE
Never disassemble the laser light source unit.
Use a specified jig.
Use a specified jig to assemble the BOTTOM CASE.
It prevents the projector from being bent or being damaged to its appearance when you assemble it.
T3x12 Silver

Earth terminal
Tighten the screw before putting OPT UNT ASY.

Replacing the laser module
1. Remove the top case.
2. Remove the Main PCB assembly.
3. Remove the heat sink duct.
4. Remove the phosphor wheel duct.
5. Remove the engine (5 screws).
6. Remove the eight screws.
7. Remove and replace the laser module.
8. To reinstall the laser module, repeat the above
steps in reverse order.
Replacing the Dichroic assembly
1. Remove the top case.
2. Remove the Main PCB assembly.
3. Remove five screws.
4. Remove and replace the Dichroic assembly.
5. To reinstall the Dichroic assembly, reverse the
steps in reverse order.

Tighten screws in order from 1 to 12.

WORK CAUTION
Replacing the LCD/Lens prism
1. Remove the Dichroic assembly.
2. Remove the three screws securing the lens
assembly.
3. Remove and replace the LCD/lens assembly.
4. To reinstall the LCD/lens assembly, repeat the
above steps in reverse.
