SINUMERIK 840D/840Di/810D Diagnostics Guide (DA) – 11.02 Edition
The orientation has been entered as an absolute value (e.g. by a direction vector)
although ORIPATH is active. When ORIPATH is active, the orientation is determined from
the leading and sidewards angles relative to the path tangent and surface normal.
- Alarm display.
- Interface signals are set.
- Correction block is reorganized.
Modify part program.
Clear alarm with NC START or RESET key and continue the program.
Channel %1 block %2 no angle or direction of the cone programmed
%1 = Channel number
%2 = Block number, label
With taper circumference interpolation of orientation (ORICONCW and ORICONCC),
either the opening angle or the direction vector of the taper must be programmed. Other-
wise, the change of orientation is not clearly defined.
- Alarm display.
- Interface signals are set.
- Correction block is reorganized.
Modify part program.
Clear alarm with NC START or RESET key and continue the program.
Channel %1 block %2 no end orientation programmed
%1 = Channel number
%2 = Block number, label
With taper circumference interpolation of orientation, no end orientation has been pro-
grammed. The change of orientation is therefore not clearly defined.
- Alarm display.
- Interface signals are set.
- Correction block is reorganized.
Modify part program.
Clear alarm with NC START or RESET key and continue the program.
Channel %1 block %2 no intermediate orientation programmed
%1 = Channel number
%2 = Block number, label
With taper circumference interpolation of orientation with ORICONIO, an intermediate ori-
entation must also be programmed in addition to the end orientation.
- Alarm display.
- Interface signals are set.
- Correction block is reorganized.
Modify part program.
Clear alarm with NC START or RESET key and continue the program.
Channel %1 block %2 plane determination for programmed orientation not possible
%1 = Channel number
%2 = Block number, label
The programmed orientation vectors (direction vectors) in the beginning of block and end
of block point include an angle of 180 degrees. Therefore the interpolation plane cannot
be determined.
