Using the 1/4-inch open-end wrench, unscrew the fitting of the needle tubing or extension
loop from port 4 of the injection valve.

Inside the sample compartment, open the cover of the needle-tubing guide channel,
located on the roof of the compartment, by inserting your finger in the finger slot and
rotating the cover, as shown below.
