17. Finger-tighten the locking nut into the support sleeve.

18. Place the 1/2-inch open-end wrench on the support sleeve to hold the sleeve in place.
Notice:
To avoid damaging the seal port tube, do not excessively twist the tube.
19. Place the 5/16-inch open-end wrench on the locking nut and tighten 1/4-turn beyond finger-
tight.
