• Take noise reduction measures.
• Check the main base unit mounting status of the
CPU module.
• Reset the CPU module and RUN it again. If the
same error is displayed again, the CPU module
has hardware failure. (Contact your local Mitsub-
ishi representative, explaining a detailed descrip-
tion of the problem.)
