12.2.19 When output load of the output module does not turn on
Refer to the following flowchart when the output load of the output module does not turn on during programmable
controller operation.
The output load has not turned on.
Is the operation
indicator of output module
turned on?
YES
Is voltage for the
power supply load
added?
YES
What is the voltage
among the various
output COM terminals of the
output module?
The rated voltage
is supplied.
Output module failure
Replace the output module.
Confirm rush current that flows to the
load when the maximum number of
outputs turns on simultaneously.
