Corrective Action
This suggests a CPU module hardware fault. (Con-
tact your local Mitsubishi representative.)
• Start after checking that the tracking cable is con-
nected.
If the same error is displayed again, the cause is
the hardware fault of the tracking cable or CPU
module. (Please contact your local Mitsubishi
representative, explaining a detailed description
of the problem.)
• Confirm the redundant system startup procedure,
and execute a startup again. For details, refer to
the QnPRHCPU User's Manual (Redundant Sys-
tem).
This suggests a CPU module hardware fault. (Con-
tact your nearest Mitsubishi representative.)
