• There was no response from the intelligent func-
tion module/special function module in the initial
processing.
• The size of the buffer memory of the intelligent
function module/special function module is
invalid.

was no response.

pletely removed, or mounted during running.

When performing a parameter I/O allocation the
intelligent function module/special function module
could not be accessed during initial communica-
tions.
(On error occurring, the head I/O number of the
corresponding intelligent function module/special

In the QCPU, either error stop or continue can be selected for each intelligent function module by the parameters.
Corrective Action
When the unsupported module is mounted, remove
it.
When the corresponding module is supported, this
suggests the intelligent function module/special
function module, CPU module and/or base unit is
expecting a hardware fault (Contact your local Mit-
subishi representative.)
This suggests the intelligient function module/spe-
cial function module , CPU module and/or base unit
is expecting a hardware fault (Contact your local
Mitsubishi representative.)
When the unsupported module is mounted, remove
it.
When the corresponding module is supported, this
suggests the intelligent function module/special
function module , CPU module and/or base unit is
expecting a hardware fault (Contact your local Mit-
subishi representative.)
The CPU module, base module and/or the intelli-
gent function module/special function module that
was accessed is experiencing a hardware fault.
(Contact your local Mitsubishi representative.)
Reset the CPU module and RUN it again. If the
same error is displayed again, the intelligent func-
tion module/special function module, CPU module
or base unit is faulty. (Contact your local Mitsubishi
representative.)
