Loading Channel Did Not Reach Its Lower Position

LOADING CHANNEL DID
NOT REACH ITS LOWER
POSITION!
POSSIBLE CAUSES:
-UPPER POSITION
SWITCH SQ2 SIGNAL
REMAINS ON
-DEFECTIVE SWITCH
-PNEUMATIC PROBLEM
-ELECTRICAL PROBLEM
Description:
The Loading Channel Did Not Reach Lower Position alarm occurs if the v-channel is moving to the lower position and input (I1.0 –
SQ1) is not detected after 10 seconds and input (I1.1 – SQ2) is still active.
Solution:
Press the HELP key on the remote control station. Press the F4 key (Page Down icon) twice.

Solution
Check the functionality of the lifting cylinders.
Check for air leaks on the air valve assembly.
Check the functionality of upper position switch
SQ2.
Check the wiring of upper position switch SQ2.
