Loading Channel Lower Motion Default

LOADING CHANNEL
LOWER MOTION
DEFAULT!
POSSIBLE CAUSES:
-LOWER POSITION
SWITCH SQ1 DEFECTIVE
OR MIS-ADJUSTED
-MECHANICAL OBSTACLE
-PNEUMATIC PROBLEM
-MOTION INTERRUPT
Description:
The Loading Channel Lower Motion Default alarm occurs if the loading channel moves to the lower position and input (I1.0 – SQ1)
does not turn on within 10 seconds, output (Q4.0 – YV1A) is still active and input (I1.1 – SQ2) is inactive.
Solution:
Press the HELP key on the remote control station. Press the F4 key (Page Down icon) twice.

Check the functionality of the lifting cylinders.
Check for air leaks on the air valve assembly.
Check the adjustment of lower position switch SQ1.
