Connection of the suction and pressure lines (metering lines)

CAUTION!
When connecting the suction and charge pipe, make sure that the O-rings
are mounted on the connections in order to achieve the necessary sealing.
To protect the metering system, the use of a suction lance with an empty
alarm device and dirt catcher from our range of accessories is urgently
recommended! The empty signal system causes the pump to cut off if the
medium in the container drops below a certain level.

Place an O-ring (pos. 6) in the groove of the suction or pressure valve (pos. 7).
2.
Tighten the female coupling (5) (detail B1).
3.
Cut hose (Pos. 1) straight.
4.
Push the swivel nut (pos. 2) over the hose (pos. 1).
5.
Push the clamping ring (3) over the hose (1).
6.
Push the hose (1) onto the support sleeve (4) up to the stop (detail: A1).
7.
Tighten the female coupling (5) (detail A2).
