Mounting and installation
CAUTION!
Neither the overflow line nor the vent line is permitted to be fed back into
the suction line of the metering pump!
When connecting the suction and charge pipe, make sure that the O-rings
are mounted on the connections in order to achieve the necessary sealing.
Some of the graphics shown in this chapter are schematic diagrams which
are intended to represent the general installation.

Assembly variants

Fig. 7: Stand mounting (pos. 1) and wall mounting (pos. 2)
The pump can be mounted both upright (e.g. on a bracket or on the metering container,
pos. 1), as well as on a wall (suspended, pos. 2).
For further variable use, the operating part of the pump can be turned to produce variable
connection variants. The dimensions of the pump and of the mounting plate can be seen
Ä Chapter 14.8 'Dimensions:' on page 186 .

CAUTION!
The mounting plate must be firmly connected to the substrate which can
withstand the requirements of any vibrations that may occur, and the pump
must be snapped into the mounting plate. The fastening elements are
marked with an embossed number 1 and 2 and the design ensures that
they will only fit into the recess in the mounting plate in one direction.
It is essential to ensure that the stability of the pump is guaranteed and is
not loaded by additional (weight) forces! Additional components may not be
set up or deposited there, and people may not stand on or attach items to
pumps which have already been installed.
