Setting the isochronous mode on the PROFIBUS DP
Procedure for configuring the PROFIBUS DP interface in the STEP 7 project:
1. Left-click to select an NCU, and while holding down the mouse button drag it to the "Station
design" station window.
2. After you release the mouse button, configure the properties of the PROFIBUS DP interface
for socket X126 (machine control panel) in the dialog box.
3. Click "New..." and then the "Net settings" tab in the "New PROFIBUS subnet properties"
dialog.
4. Select the transmission rate of "12 Mbit/s" for the "DP" profile.
