4-7 Milling Depth Adjustment

The milling depth changes depending on the shims
under the level plate.
The milling depth is set to 2 mm when the machine is
shipped. When binding a thick book block, or if the mill-
ing is overloaded, adjust the milling depth to 1.5mm
(0.06") or 1mm (0.04").
Press the Carriage Clamp Move
button on the Single Operation
Screen.
Press the Start buttons twice with
both hands.
- Press the start button once and the carriage
clamp closes and the clamp rail raises. Press
it again and the carriage clamp moves to the
right and the level plate appears.
Press the Emergency Stop button.
- The touch screen presents the Error Screen.
