6-4 If a Message Scrren Appears
When message screens below appears, operate the
machine by following the message.
Glue Drum Rotation OK Screen
When the glue drum is stopped for more than 10
minutes, this screen appears. Press OK, and the
Glue Drum Rotating Screen appears and the drum
rotates for 3 minutes.
Glue Drum Rotating Screen
When is pressed, the drum stops rotating.
And the previous screen appers. After another 10
minutes has passed, Glue Drum Rotation OK
Screen appears again.
This screen appears for preventing the glue from
hardening.
Clamp Manual Move Screen
When the clamp stops above the milling section by
the emergency stop, this screen appears. Open the
safety cover and move the clamp by hand to the
original position (above the level plate). The previ-
ous screen appears.
This screen appears to prevent the clamp from hit-
ting the milling section safety cover.
Manual Setting OK Screen
This screen appears when one or some settings out
of the spine glue thickness, wiper opening, nipping
delay time and nipping time were tried to be
changed manually although the settings are set to
"Auto".
When the spine glue thickness, wiper opening, nip-
ping delay time, and nipping time should be
changed manually, press OK and change the set-
ting.
Press to set each part automatically and
show the previous screen.
