MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES
Bleeding the swing motor
REMARK
Carry out this operation only after completely draining the oil in
the swing motor housing.
NOTICE
If the swing motor is not bled, the motor bearings may be
damaged.
1. Remove the cover (1) placed between the hydraulic oil
tank and the cab.
2. Run the engine at idle speed, loosen the fitting (2).
3. When the oil starts flowing out, tighten the fitting.
REMARK
Do not attempt to carry out a rotation during this operation.
4. If the oil does not flow out, stop the engine, remove the
fitting (3) and fill the inside of the engine body with
hydraulic oil.
5. Let the engine idle and slowly carry out a rotation
movement to the right and to the left, more than twice per
side.
Bleeding the travel motor
REMARK
Carry out this operation only after completely draining the oil in
the translation motor housing.
1. Run the engine at idle, remove the tube (1), then when the
oil leaks, tighten again.
