Counteraction
When the operation switch of the emergency
pump is in the emergency position (high), the
regular operations can be performed but the
inspection must be carried out at once. (*)
To release the brake, move the rotation brake
switch upwards. 
Depending on the cause of the problem,
releasing the brake may result an impossible
task. In any case, inspect immediately.
