TROUBLESHOOTING

q If the anomaly or its cause is not included in the table below, contact your Komatsu distributor for the
necessary repair.
TROUBLE
The translation and rotation speed of
the boom, the arm and the bucket is
slow.
The pump emits an abnormal noise
(air intake).
Hydraulic oil temperature increases
excessively.
Tracks come off.
Sprocket abnormally worn out.
The 1st boom is lifted slowly or it is
not lifted at all.

CAUSE
q Hydraulic oil too low.
q Clogged filter in the hydraulic
reservoir, low oil.
q Fan belt slack.
q Clogged oil exchanger.
q Hydraulic oil too low.
q Tracks excessively slack.
q Hydraulic oil too low.
