3. Move the safety lever (2) to FREE position (F) and lift the
bucket from the ground.
4. Turn the fuel grip (3) halfway between the MIN and MAX
positions.
NOTICE
During the retraction movement, check that the working
tools do not interfere with the body of the machine or the
ground.
5. To retract bucket (D), slowly move the control lever of the
working tool (4) to the left. Press the lever fully and hold it
in position for 30 seconds.
6. To extend the bucket (C), slowly move the control lever of
the working tool (4) to the right. Press the lever fully and
hold it in position for 30 seconds.
7. Then, to retract the arm (B) slowly move the control lever of
the working tool (5) towards the left. Press the lever fully
and hold it in position for 30 seconds.
8. To extend the arm (A) slowly move the control lever of the
working tool (5) towards the right. Press the lever fully and
hold it in position for 30 seconds.
9. Repeat the operations in points 5 to 8, for 5 minutes.
10. Check that the hydraulic fluid temperature warning light (6)
shows the correct temperature.
If the hydraulic fluid temperature warning light displays a
temperature that is too low, repeat points 5 to 9 until the
correct temperature is displayed.
(A) Correct temperature: blue bottom of warning light (C)
(B) Low temperature: white bottom of warning light (C)
