4. Commissioning

Caution
During commissioning, manual override actuations which
are in the switched state can cause actuators to perform
sudden unexpected movements. These movements can
cause injury to human beings and damage to property.
Make sure that double-solenoid valves (Ident. code J)

are in their basic positions again. To do this actuate
manual override 12 of the relevant valve or apply current
to pilot solenoid 12.
Bring the locking manual override actuations into the
•
basic position again. The valve sub-bases with Ident.
codes H, K and N are each fitted with two valves. With
manual override 14 you can actuate the valve on control
side 14; with manual override 12 you can actuate the
valve on control side 12 (see switching symbols of the
valve sub-bases Appendix B).
In this way you will avoid undefined switching states when
commissioning the machine/system.
