Fitting
Fitting the sub-base and the manifold block:
1. Push the manifold block onto the guide rail of the new
sub-base until it clips in.
2. Make sure the seal is not damaged. Replace the seal if it
is damaged. Place the seals in the appropriate grooves of
the sub-base and the manifold block.
3. Push the sub-bases onto the tie rod.
Fitting the end plate
4. CPA valve terminal with MP, CP, AS-Interface connection or
CPX terminal:
When you have replaced the end plate, screw the electri-
cal sub-base or cover block onto the new end plate. Make
sure that the electrical sub-base or cover block lies flush
with the appropriate end plate (see Fig. 5/9).
Tighten the screws with 0.7 Nm (± 0.1 Nm) (position see
Fig. 5/6).
