Next setting percentage [%] target pulse selection "FA " This
setting enables the monitoring of your heart rate during training.
It can be set using the quick selection feature of
FA=65%, FI=75% or 40-90% of the maximum heart rate.
Select a setting using "plus" or "minus".
Fat burning FA 65%,or fitness FI 75% or adjustable % value of
40-90.
Confirm with "SET" (e.g. 40-90 )
Enter the value using "plus" or "minus" (e.g. 85%)
Confirm with "SET" (setting mode completed)
Display: Ready for training with all settings

independent training heart rate with the symbols HI LO. For this pur-
pose, the age setting "AGE" must be deactivated with "OFF" and
the maximum heart rate setting "PULSE MAX" with "- -".

Ready For Training

Change the power with "plus" or "minus". Start training by
beginning to pedal.
2. Training by Heart Rate Targets
Manual Heart Rate Targets
Programme "HRC Count Up"
Press "PROGRAM" until "HRC Count Up" flashes.
Press "SET": programme selection
Press "SET": settings screen OR

Starting Power
In the HRC programmes, the starting power can be set at bet-
ween 25 and 100 Watts in the target area.
Enter values using "plus" or "minus" (e.g. 100)
Power is then automatically increased from 100 Watts until the
target heart rate (e.g. 130) is reached.
