4. Operation
4.7.4. EDID Mode
To enter or to exit from this mode press and release the EDID button.
DDID mode is active when the DDID button is illuminated on the front
panel. All DDIDs are referred with their memory location e.g. F49 or
D03, see the
DDID Menu
section.
Select menu items with up ▲ and down
▼ buttons and then press enter  or
right ► button to step in submenus.
Press the escape ● button to return to
main DDID management menu.

Not executed operation is canceled when exit from the DDID
menu.

Source and destination buttons are disabled while DDID
mode is active.
View EDID Menu
All the stored DDIDs can be checked
through this menu. The DDID types are
grouped in submenus.
The
most
important
information
about each DDID is shown in the
submenu.
Use the left ◄ and right ► buttons to
select the desired DDID. The monitor
name and the preferred resolution can
be checked.
Save EDID Menu
The DDID from any connected monitor
can be saved to user memory slots.
Select the dynamic DDID of the output
port with the left ◄ and right ►
buttons. Then press down ▼ and
select the user DDID slot where the
monitor's EDID would be stored.
After the desired dynamic DDID and
user memory is selected, go to Save!
and press the enter  or right ► button
to store the DDID.
Switch EDID Menu
The emulated DDIDs can be changed
in this menu. Dynamic, User or Factory
DDIDs can be selected in the top row
with the left ◄ and right ► buttons. The
preferred resolution of the selected
DDID is shown in the second row of
EDID management
the screen.

Save EDID
Press down ▼ and then select the
Switch EDID
input port with the left ◄ and right ►
buttons.
After the desired DDID and input port
is selected, go to Do switch! and press
enter  or right ► button to change the emulated DDID.
The Operation in progress message appears on the LCD. If switching the
DDID succeed then Operation done! message is shown for 2 seconds.
4.7.5. Signal Present Mode
View EDID

Press the Signal present button to enter or exit this mode. The
Emulated EDIDs
Signal present mode is active when the button is illuminated.
Factory EDIDs
In this mode the source and destination buttons show the
actual connection state of the corresponding port, and the actual
crosspoint state can be checked on the LCD menu.
Dynamic EDIDs

If a source button is illuminated then a signal is present on that

Navigate to the Crosspoint submenu
item with up ▲ and down ▼ buttons

button to step in this submenu.
SIGNAL
The
crosspoint
connections
PRESENT
shown. One screen shows connected inputs for nine outputs. Further
outputs can be checked by scroll through screens with up ▲ and down
▼ buttons.
Every output's connection is shown like this: 'o01i03'. In this example,
it means that input 3 is connected to output 1.
Press the escape  button to return to the main Signal present menu.
