4.1.6. Firmware Version Indication
After being powered on, the transmitter lights up all LEDs, then displays
its firmware version using three LEDs on the front panel: the upper
three in the left column. The top LED means the first number of the
firmware version – actually this is the main version. The second and
the third LEDs from the top indicate the second and the third numbers
of the firmware version which mean the subversions.

following:
Step 6. VGA LED blinks once the first number (1).
Step 7. DP LED blinks twice the second number (2).
Step 8. HDMI LED stays dark showing the third number (0).
