Upgrade EliteMail VMS(2)/(4)-U30 ETU to 8 ports

To upgrade a VMS(2)/(4)-U30 ETU to 8 ports, the DSP-
U30 must be installed. When the VMS(8)/FMS-U30 ETU
is purchased, the DSP-U30 is installed at the factory.
