DEC setting range: 0 to 65535
HEX setting range: 0000 to FFFF
Set the channel number (use for dedicated instructions) .
Setting range: 1 to 2
Set the event number.
Setting range: 0 to 15
Clears all settings.
Checks whether the settings are correct.
