Battery Alarm

This alarm shall activate during production when the
system determines that valid power has been lost.

O2 Production and battery charging shall stop, and
the electronics shall shut down after 10 seconds.
This alarm shall activate if the user attempts to start
the unit while there is no usable power source con-
