5. Re-install the front circuit board assembly onto the front door.
a) Align the front circuit board into position on the front door – make certain that the foam
sponge spacer and all the screw holes align with the stand-offs on the front door.
b) Install the 8 screws securing the front circuit board to the door. Hand-tighten the screws only –
do not over-tighten as this will strip the plastic standoffs, requiring a complete door shell
replacement.
c) Install the 4 screws securing the LCD display board to the door. Hand-tighten the screws only
– do not over-tighten as this will strip the plastic standoffs, requiring a complete door shell
replacement.

6. Re-install the front door onto the coffee maker.
a) Align and slide the front door hinges down onto the machine cabinet hinges.
b) Re-install the dispensing spout and hose assembly onto the front door by sliding it onto the
spout retaining bracket.
c) Route the wiring harness through the round cutout in the metal door frame/support on the
inside of the front door.
NOTE: From this point forward, all the wiring connections must be made with the wiring routed behind
the round cutout in the metal door frame/support. No door wiring should be visible after all the
connections are made (with the exception of the wiring harness going into the round cutout).
