Wing and Center Frame Fold Cylinders

To connect the rod ends of the wing and center frame
fold cylinders, connect the tractor to the equipment hitch.
See INITIAL SET-UP on page 80 and see Connecting
The Equipment To The Tractor on page 81.
Once the tractor is properly connected to the equipment,
connect the hydraulic hoses to the tractor (see Hydraulic
Lines on page 83).

1. Open the wing fold circuit lock-up valve (1, Figure
127) (blue tie).

2. Connect strap and proper lifting device to the cylinder.
Use the tractor hydraulic control to extend the RH
wing cylinder (1. Figure 128) and align with the mount
holes, install the 1-1/4" x 7-3/8" pin (2) and cotter pin
(3).
Repeat procedure for the LH wing fold cylinder. Close the
wing fold circuit lock-up valve.

1. Connect strap and proper lifting device to the LH
center fold cylinder (1, Figure 130) and RH center
frame fold cylinder (2).
2. Use the tractor hydraulic control to extend the LH and
RH center frame fold cylinders and align with the
mount holes.
3. Install the 1-1/4" x 7-3/8" pins (3) and cotter pins.
4. Close the center frame fold circuit lock-up valve.
