NOTE: The procedure shown is only for the slotted
disc arm, located on the outer rear of the LH
wing.
1. Position the bracket (1, Figure 57) as shown onto the
LH rear disc arm (2) with slots.
2. Install the three bolts (3) through the bracket and LH
disc arm.
3. Install flat washers (4) and lock nuts (5). Tighten nuts.

1. Install the blade bearing (1, Figure 58) to disc arms
(3) as shown.
2. Install the hardened flat washer (2) lock washer (4)
and nut (5). Tighten nut. Torque to 225 ft. - lbs.
Install blade bearings on all disc arms.

NOTE: Rear disc blade installation should be
preformed working from left side to right side
of the disc Figure 59.
NOTE: Front disc blade installation should be
preformed working from right side to left side
of the disc.
1. Install the disc blade (1, Figure 59) onto the bearing.
2. Install the bolts (2) and tighten.
Repeat procedures for all disc blades.

When all blade assemblies are complete, adjust the front
and rear blade arm assembles (1, Figure 60) side to side
to achieve the 254 mm (10") spacing between all blades.
Set center blades first, then set LH and RH wing blades.
Tighten all bolts (2) evenly.
NOTE: The rear blades will be offset 127 mm (5") from
the front blades.
