Functionality
Improved the stability of Editor to Server and Server to Editor communications
through the by buffering program transmission on the AT.
Fixed results return to the server being corrupted by pressing RUN while results
were being printed.
Corrected a lockup in short circuit compensation caused by running compensation
on a program that does not support short circuit compensation.
Fixed self-test ID 2045 reporting fail on healthy hardware.
The progress bar and percent complete on the execute screen have been adjusted
so that they are only at 100% after the last test has executed.
Added an auto-retry to short and open circuit compensation.
Tests
HPAC - Resolved an issue with HPAC ramping up too quickly and down too slowly.
TR - Fixed an issue with turns ratio limits using the error turns for the secondary on
the primary.
TR - Fixed a problem with multipart tests such as turns ratio reporting 0.0000 if there
is a failure.
