11.5.8.9 Windshield Replacement

Removal Procedure
1. Remove the wiper arms. Refer to
Replacement.
2. Remove the air inlet
Replacement.
3. Remove the left / right front A pillar garnish moldings.
Refer
Replacement.
4. Remove
11.5.8.2 Inside Rearview Mirror
5. Remove the seal around the windshield.

6. Cut the windshield glass adhesive with a thin steel wire.
Note
Wrap both end of the fine steel wire around a wood
handle, operate by with two people to facilitate the
removal. Place a piece of plastic on the instrument
panel to protect the instrument panel.

7. Remove windshield from the frame.
Note
It takes two people to complete this step.
