Step 2 Check the rear compartment lamp bulb.
Yes
Replace the rear compartment lamp bulb.

(a) Check whether the rear compartment lid opens.
No
(a) Remove the rear compartment lamp bulb.
Is the the bulb filament blown?
No
(a) Replace the faulty rear compartment lamp bulb.
Confirm the rear compartment lamp is working properly.
