Press the [Windows ] key to display the Start menu of Windows.

Select [Run...] from the Start menu of Windows. When the dialog
opens, type ["C:\Program Files\FujiFilm\FCR\TOOL\RuPcTool\
RuPcTool.exe"] and click on the [OK] button.
