Replacement
1. Replacement is the reverse of the removal procedure.

Remove 5 screws.

Remove the outbin assembly
towards the front of the
machine.

Removal
Switch off the electricity to the machine. Disconnect the power cord from the customer
supply while performing tasks that do not need electricity. Electricity can cause death or
injury. Moving parts can cause injury.
Take care during this procedure. Sharp edges may be present that can cause injury.
Before performing this procedure, refer to
1. Remove the DADF, PL 5.10 Item
2. 3635 only. Remove the UI assembly,
3550 only. Remove the UI assembly,
3. Remove the left cover, right cover and rear cover,
4. Remove the scanner assembly,
5. Remove the front cover assembly,
6. Remove the 9 screws that secure the outbin assembly, refer to
7. Remove the 4 screws that secure the front mid cover,
8. Carefully lift the front of the outbin assembly, then remove the front mid cover.
Replacement
1. Replacement is the reverse of the removal procedure.
