Voicemail is optional. Valid entries are true to enable voicemail or false to
disable voicemail.
After entering the information on the spreadsheet, save the file with the file
type CSV (comma delimited).

Use the Assign Phones page to assign phones to users.
Opening this page: From the navigation pane, choose Users/Phones > Phones.
Users are entered on the Users/Phones > Users page. A user record is required
even for an unstaffed phone, such as an FXS phone or fax machine or an IP phone
in a Lobby. For more information, see
To assign a phone to a user:
There are two methods.
Choose from the drop-down list: Click the large down-arrow button on the
right end of the Assigned Phone slot, and then choose an unassigned phone
from the list.
OR
Drag and drop into an empty slot: Position your mouse pointer on an
Unassigned Phone. Hold down the mouse button and drag the phone to the
empty Assigned Phone slot next to the user name. When the slot is
highlighted in green, release the mouse button.
