Localizing Your System with Regional Settings

should use a strong password that includes lowercase and uppercase
letters and numbers.
Confirm Password: Enter the same password again, for confirmation. The
passwords must match.Enable remote management: Check this box to
allow access to the configuration utility from a computer that is not
connected to the LAN. To connect by HTTPS, enter the WAN IP address and
port number as shown in the following example:
https://WAN_ipaddress:8080
Enable remote upgrade: Check this box to allow a firmware upgrade to be
performed from a computer that is not connected to the LAN.
Use the Regional Settings page to localize the language for the phone display,
Auto Attendant, and Voicemail, and to select the regional dial plan settings, and
call processing tones.
For each region, a default set of files is provided. You can customize each set of
files; for example, you may choose the United States 7-digit dial plan while
choosing Mexican Spanish for the phone, AA, and Voicemail language. To enable
the drop-down list and view the options, select Custom. Optionally, you can
import custom files from your PC.
To define internal settings such as the length of extensions and the digits required
to get an outside line, see
Opening this page: From the navigation pane, choose System Readiness >
Regional Settings.
To use the default set of files for a region:
Click Region, and then choose the region from the drop-down list. The default
selections appear in the fields.
To localize each feature individually:
Click Custom. Then make your selections from the drop-down lists, as described
below.
