Unified Communications UC 320W Administration Guide
• Number of Trunks: The total number of FXO lines, SIP providers, and BRI
gateways
• Number of Paging Groups: The number of paging groups, as configured
on the Groups/Buttons > User Groups page
• Total Trunk Calls: The total inbound and outbound calls through all trunks
• Number of Current Trunk Calls: The current number of active calls through
all trunks
• Night Time Ring Mode: Displays On if the system is currently set to night
mode through an automated schedule or through the Force Night button on
a phone. Displays Off when the system is in day mode.
• Restart System: Click this button to reboot the Unified Communications
System. All connected devices will restart, and phone service will be
interrupted until the process is finished.
Voicemail System
• Total Size: The total space currently used for all messages in the voicemail
system
• Allocated: The total space that is allocated for voicemail on the UC 320W
• Free: The amount of allocated voicemail space that is unused
• Number of boxes: The number of voicemail boxes that are enabled
