the pound (#) key. Then enter the password. The default mailbox password
is 12345.
The system allows up to 24 mail boxes for users and a total of 10

group mail boxes for hunt groups, shared FXO lines, and shared extensions.
Each voicemail box can store up to 30 minutes of messages.
If no answer, forward to: Choose a destination for unanswered calls:

Internal: Click this button to route the call to an internal number. Then
choose the internal extension.

External: Click this button to route the call to an external number. Choose
a digit to get an outside line, and enter the phone number.
To create another shared extension, click the Create Shared Extension
button.
Select Members
Click the Select Members button to open this section. To close this section,
click the button again.
To add a member, check the box next to the user's name. Selected users
appear with a green background.
To remove a user from the group, uncheck the box next to the user's name.
Unselected users appear with a white background.
This list includes all users except users of FXS phones and SPA 301
NOTE
phones. If a user does not have an assigned phone, the background is gray.
If you previously configured a shared extension and then a member's phone
assignment was removed, the background appears red. To configure users,
