Unified Communications UC 320W Administration Guide
Settings:
Enabled: Check the box to enable the port. Uncheck the box to disable the
port.
Alternate Label (optional): Type a descriptive label for the port (optional
but recommended). For example, enter the published telephone number.
The label will appear on various pages of this configuration utility, and on
the phone display for any Shared Extensions or Shared FXO Lines that you
configure for this trunk. For best display on the phones, enter a short
description, such as a phone number (without dashes).
Use the FXS page to enable the Phone (FXS) port for an analog phone or fax
machine. You also can configure additional FXS ports on any SPA 8800 IP
Telephony Gateways that are connected.
Opening this page: From the navigation pane, choose Trunks > FXS.
To enable a port, check the Enabled box. To disable a port, uncheck the box.
Enabling the UC 320W built-in FXS port does not affect the user count on your
license.
