Moving a number to a new routing group:
Click Move for the phone number that you want to move. Click New Route. The
new routing group fields appear on the page.
Enter a Label. Choose the call destination for Day (normal service). Optionally, also
choose a call destination for Night. Night service can be activated or deactivated
from a Day/Night button on a user's phone. (To add Day/Night button to a user's

Internal: Click this button to route the call to an internal number. Then
choose the internal extension.

External: Click this button to route the call to an external number. Choose
a digit to get an outside line, and enter the phone number.
Moving a number to an existing routing group:
Click Move for the phone number that you want to move. Click the name of the
routing group.
Deleting a routing group:
To delete a custom group, click the Delete (X) button on the right side of the group
settings. You cannot delete the default routing group.
