Choose the forwarding settings.

Internal: Click this button to route the call to an internal number. Then
choose the internal extension.

External: Click this button to route the call to an external number. Choose
a digit to get an outside line, and enter the phone number.
Select Members
IMPORTANT: For a sequential hunt order, select members in the order in
which you want them to be contacted. For example, if the desired sequence
is extension 103, then 101 and then 102, select your members by checking
the box for 103 first, 101 second, and 102 third.
Click the Select Members button to open this section. To close this section,
click the button again.
To add a member, check the box next to the user's name. Selected users
appear with a green background.
To remove a user from the group, uncheck the box next to the user's name.
Unselected users appear with a white background.
This list includes all users. If a user does not have an assigned phone,

the background is gray. If you previously configured a hunt group and then a
member's phone assignment was removed, the background appears red. To
