Unified Communications UC 320W Administration Guide
Use the Time Settings page to configure the time settings for your Unified
Communications system.
Opening this page: From the navigation pane, choose System Readiness > Time
Settings.
If you do not have this information, you can leave the field blank and add it later. As
a temporary measure, you can manually set the time on the Readiness Summary
page.
NTP Server: Enter the IP address of a Network Time Protocol (NTP) server
recommended by your ISP. This server provides the date and time to the
system and to connected devices such as IP phones.
Time Zone: Choose the time zone for the business location.
Use Daylight Savings: Check this box if you want the system automatically
to adjust the clock for daylight savings time.
Use the System Readiness Summary page to view a summary of the settings
from each page of this module. When creating a new configuration, you must
apply your settings on this page before you advance to the next phase of the
configuration process.
Opening this page: From the navigation pane, choose System Readiness >
System Readiness Summary.
To change the settings:
Click the hyperlink for the page that you want to update.
To apply and test your settings:
Click Apply Now. Wait while the UC 320W and all connected devices reboot. This
process may take some time. After the reboot, messages appear in the WAN
Connection Status area to confirm the WAN connection or to alert you to problems.
