I I I I I Run programs in several VLTs
If you want to load the program into several VLTs, link
the program with the corresponding VLT and click on
→ "EXECUTE".
If you want to load a different program in each VLT,
open a different edit window for each VLT, then
open the desired program file and connect it to
the VLT with → → → → → "SELECT CONTROLLER". Then
start each program, one after the other, with → → → → →

"EXECUTE".

I "BREAK"
Click on "DEVELOPMENT" → → → → → "BREAK" or press
[ESC] in order to immediately abort the program.
When doing so, it is possible that active motion
processes could be ended prematurely.
NB!
Braking is done with the maximum
deceleration permitted.
I I I I I "CONTINUE" program
Click on "DEVELOPMENT" → → → → → "CONTINUE", in
order to continue a program which was just abor-
ted. In doing so any motion processes which were
interrupted will be completed.
If a program with an error message was aborted,
you can → → → → → "CONTINUE" it again with this function
once you have removed the error and/or erased
the error message.

5000 SyncPos option
I I I I I Preparing and using "SINGLE-STEP"
Single-step processing is particularly suitable for
testing newly developed programs and can be help-
ful when searching for errors. With the SyncPos
command #DEBUG you can exclude certain
program parts from the single-step processing.
Click on "DEVELOPMENT" → → → → → "PREPARE SINGLE-
STEP" and the program which is open and shown in
the editor will be started and processed step-by-
step.
The program stops after each line of the program
and waits for your input. Click on
"DEVELOPMENT" → → → → → "SINGLE-STEP" or press [F9]
in order to execute the next step.
I I I I I "SYNTAX CHECK"
Check a newly written program before you start it
for the very first time; click on "DEVELOPMENT"
→ → → → → "SYNTAX CHECK" and the program will be
aborted as soon as an faulty command is found.
The line number and an error description are out-
putted to the communications window. The cursor
is automatically placed at the exact position of the
syntax error and the program stops at this point..
I I I I I "BREAK ALL"
If you run the programs in several VLTs click on
"DEVELOPMENT" → → → → → "BREAK ALL", to abort the
programs running.
I I I I I "SELECT CONTROLLER"
If you have configured more than one VLT, then use
"DEVELOPMENT" → → → → → "SELECT CONTROLLER" to
select the VLT that you want to use to load and
start the programs. For this, simply mark the num-
ber of the VLT and click on "OK".
