Retrieve Equipment

This command displays parameter settings for the specified equipment. The
command format is:
RTRV-EQPT:[<tid>]:<aid>:<ctag>;

SPAN-a a = A
a = B
E1-a a = A
a = B
OPT-a a = 1 to 8
a = 1 or 2
Command Example:
