Failed to initialize image.
Timeout initializing expansion module (while
getting ready.)
Received illegal file.
Failed to burn file.
Failed to read local I/O, or to send it to main
CPU.
Failed to send READY or START signal.
Timeout getting EMI 'Connect' after EMI was
started.
Failed a few times to send/connect keepalive
signal.
Failed to start EMI or disconnected due to 'fail
timeout'.
Other system startup failure.
