Cable Connection
Two manipulator cables are delivered with the manipulator; an encoder
cable (1BC) and a power cable (2BC). (Refer to Fig. 4-2(a) "Manipulator
Cables for DX100" and Fig. 4-2(b) "Manipulator Cables for NXC100".)
Connect the cables to the manipulator base connectors and to the DX100/
NXC100. Refer to Fig. 4-3(a) "Manipulator Cable Connection
(Manipulator Side)" , Fig. 4-3(b) "Manipulator Cable Connection (DX100
Side)" and Fig. 4-3(c) "Manipulator Cable Connection (NXC100 Side)"
Before connecting cables to the manipulator, verify the numbers on both
the manipulator cables and the connectors on the connector base of the
manipulator. When connecting, adjust the cable connector positions to
the main key positions of the manipulator, and insert cables in the order of
2BC, then 1BC. After inserting the cables, depress the lever until they
click.
