Telegrams in SINUMERIK Safety Integrated (SPL) mode

The standard telegram configuration (Page 104) of a SINUMERIK NCU with Safety
Integrated plus (SPL) uses the "SI Motion Monitoring" telegram for safety-oriented
communication. This telegram is also available with inactive safety mode in the
configuration, but is then not used.
